April 8, 2013
iZ and VS face-off in an epic Final round
tonight. Both teams came prepared to play
and iZ looked poised to take it home after
edging VS on points in tie-game on LM22.
After letting the lead slip away in game 1, VS
regrouped and put up a deadly hyperblaster/rocket
combination on D to keep iZ scoreless 3-0 on
LM44. VS move on to spoil iZ's fun with a
4-2 victory on MACTF06 to take this Season's
title. Great games - Well done!

Playoffs
Round 1:
March 28, 2013
Despite a tumultuous season mired with roster
shake-ups, team mB puts on a good show against
the heavy favorites iZ.
mB holds iZ to a 1-0 game on LMCTF43 often
coming close to tying it up. Solid
teamwork continued into XMAP10 as mB again holds
iZ 1-0 for much of the game, but just as
momentum appeared to swing in mB's favor, iZ
sneaks in 2 quick caps late in the game.
iZ takes the series 2-0 and will face VS in the
finals.

Playoffs
Round 1:
March 25, 2013
VS and Rs play their playoff game this week and
what a showdown it was - going to three games.
Rs takes the early lead on their map choice and
hold on for the 2-1 victory.
VS take the next game 4-1 and decide to select
Rs' map choice for the tie-breaker for a rematch
on MACTF06. Careful not to repeat the same
mistakes, VS take the third map 6-5 and look
ahead to the finals. Great Games and a
great season Rs -- well done!

Playoff Rules
Each playoff round
is a best of three map series.
Teams are encouraged to play round 1 games next Thursday
(March 28, 2013)
if it's possible; however, in the event of scheduling
conflicts, teams have an extra week to work with the
opposing team to schedule something at a more convenient
time. The first round must be played by
Thursday, April 4th
-- no exceptions after that date.
Teams must pick three maps, in order of preference,
from the maplist below and send them to
Seedless. As a
courtesy to the opponents, please have these selections
in at least a day before the scheduled match-up.
The first 2 maps of the best of three will feature each
team's #1 map selection, subject to these basic rules:
-- No player
substitutions.
-- No comparably
drafted player sit rule will apply.
-- Teams are expected to field their best players
against their opponents.
-- Higher seeded teams (#1 and #2) can decide when to
play their map (1st or 2nd).
-- When playing one team's map selection,
the opponents will
pick the server.
-- Higher seeded team will always get to pick the team
color.
-- if tied, the team with the most caps (or pts) after 2
games picks the tie-breaker map.
-- the higher seeded team always picks the server in the
event of a tie-breaker game.

accepted for this Season's Playoff rounds.

Week 6:
March 21, 2013
The regular season comes to an end. iZ
finish with the #1 sportand enter the playoffs
as the favorites despite losing to RS on the
last map.
RS continue with their winning ways.
finishing the season in 2nd place.
VS salvage the week with a win over mB while mB
squeeze a point from RS playing them to a tie.

Week 5:
March 12, 2013
The most exciting week of the Season! We
see MB making a push this week grabbing 3 out of
a possible 4 points with a victory over VS and
play iZ to a tie.
iZ had to earn each of their 4 pts this week
with 2 tie games over RS and MB.
VS continues to struggle but looks to turn
things around in the upcoming last week of the
regular season.

Week 4:
March 7, 2013
Rs continues to find success grabbing two more
wins this weeks. With the home field
advantage, RS was able to grab all techs off the
start and never looked back - taking an easy win
from VS on LM14.
iZ bounces back
from last week's 2 losses with a pair of wins
while VS and mB go home with nothing but the
thirst for revenge as they fall in both their
matches this week.

Week 3:
February 28, 2013
Crack makes a comeback but his team is forced to
play on Servers which didn't seem to agree with
them this week.
RS greatly boost their morale grabbing 2 wins
after going 0-4 in the first 2 weeks.
VS continue with strong play grabbing 2 over iZ
and mB while Irish Zoo win on frags but lose on
caps vs. RS in the closest match of the night --
they fall 2 games as well.

Week 2:
February 21, 2013
iZ are without their 4th round player but
luckily find Scooby willing to fill-in since his
team had played earlier in the week.
Scooby helps iZ remain undefeated contributing 5
caps against VS on LM22.
mB, hot off the heels of their first win earlier
in the week find their mojo a bit too late as
their comeback ends too soon on LM31 vs. iZ.

What would be a start of a Beatdown Season
without connection/hardware issues, one
mercy rule game, one nail biter and drama as
teams get to know one another in their first
games of the Season?
Irish Zoo take their 2 wins in comfortable
fashion over mb and Rs but Victorious Secret
also grab 2 wins, one of them coming in the last
2 minutes vs. man beast on LM13 in the closest
match of the night -- GGs.

text messaging. Despite these expected delays, the
